Distinct Visual Internet Toolkit comes with a single developer license.
Separate deployment licenses (called Run Times) must be purchased before
a Distinct component (i.e. any ActiveX, DLL or EXE contained in a toolkit) can be
distributed in an application

*A license with Subscription entitles you to a full year of support and toolkit upgrades during that year.
A license without Subscription entitles you to 30 days of support.
